Job Description:
The Marketing and Events Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting the college's programs and events. With a strong background in digital marketing, event planning, and project management, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing campaigns to support enrollment goals. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across all marketing channels, as well as analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of professional experience in higher education, non-profit, or agency settings. You should also possess a solid understanding of marketing channels and performance metrics, as well as experience with analytics tools, CRM platforms, and web content management systems. A proven track record in managing multiple projects, driving engagement, and delivering impactful events is essential.

Salary:$95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
