Our team is dedicated to providing assurance, testing, inspection, and certification services, ensuring Total Quality Assurance within the built environment. We offer comprehensive capabilities to the architectural, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry, both in laboratory settings and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct various tests on construction materials such as asphalt, soil, and concrete utilizing specialized materials-testing equipment.
- Perform field compaction testing, oversee paving operations, and conduct batch plant inspections.
- Interpret construction documents to ascertain project specifications and details.
- Accurately complete necessary documentation, including daily reports, test reports, and timesheets, in a timely manner.
- Record and communicate test results, employing mathematical calculations and graphical representations.
- Engage in effective communication with engineers, staff members, agency representatives, contractors, and property owners.
- Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring proper calibration and adjustments as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols on construction sites, promoting a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Background in engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook) is essential.
- Must demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Physical capability to climb ladders, bend, crawl, push, pull, stretch, sit, walk, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable driving record are required.
- Certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
