Quality Assurance Specialist

At Michael Page, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at an industry-leading manufacturer. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement quality procedures and objectives.
- Oversee inspections, analyze data, and approve corrective actions to ensure product conformity.
- Develop inspection plans, conduct audits, and investigate customer concerns to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inspection teams, inspect raw materials, and maintain quality records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform additional tasks such as ensuring efficient and safe production procedures, maintaining calibration systems and equipment, and conducting environmental testing.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on achieving quality results.
- Ability to identify and report issues effectively.
- Experience in quality inspection or a related field.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate and complete quality records.
- Familiarity with quality control equipment and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards and testing methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems (a plus).
- Prior supervisory experience (a plus).
