Seeking a skilled Blood Bank Specialist to join our team in Pennsylvania. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary, full benefits, and potential for relocation assistance.
- Independently perform specialized procedures in a laboratory setting.
- Train and teach laboratory personnel, contributing to the continuing education program.
- Verify and check documentation of less experienced lab personnel.
- Act as lead in the absence of a supervisor/manager, preparing schedules or drafting procedures.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate Degree in Science
- Experience is highly preferred
