At Salt Lake City Brewing Co LC, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the host desk, ensuring it is organized and clean at all times.
- Coordinate all activities at the host desk, prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Manage seating, answering phone calls, and taking orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in executing orders, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current Food Handlers Permit required.
- 6+ months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
