Responsibilities

As an EPC Electrical Field Engineering Lead, your duties will include:

  • Reviewing project proposals, preparing cost estimates, and participating in pre-bid discussions
  • Interpreting technical drawings and specifications for field teams
  • Assisting in material takeoffs and quantity assessments
  • Developing work plans, conducting Job Hazard Analysis, and supervising subcontractors
  • Ensuring quality assurance, managing budgets, scheduling equipment, and fostering strong client relationships
  • Collaborating with Superintendents, Field Engineers, and craft teams within the electrical discipline
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical construction
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards, OSHA regulations, and the National Electrical Code
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, cost management, and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with additional software is advantageous
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a robust work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • The flexibility to work independently, travel, and relocate as necessary
