Key ResponsibilitiesIn your role as an EPC Electrical Field Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating proposals, generating cost estimates, and participating in pre-bid discussions
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications for field teams
- Assisting with material takeoffs and quantity assessments
- Creating work plans, conducting Job Hazard Analyses, and overseeing subcontractor activities
- Ensuring quality assurance, managing budgets, scheduling equipment, and fostering strong client relationships
- Collaborating effectively with Superintendents, Field Engineers, and craft teams within the electrical discipline
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical construction
- Understanding of construction safety standards, OSHA regulations, and the National Electrical Code
- Expertise in project scheduling, cost management, and interpreting engineering drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with additional software is advantageous
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- A detail-oriented mindset with a robust work ethic and eagerness to learn and adapt
- The ability to work independently, travel, and relocate as necessary
