Requirements:

  • Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and carrying materials weighing 50 pounds or more, as well as climbing and working at heights.
  • Must be able to work in extreme temperatures and wear company-provided safety equipment.
  • Experience in crew leadership and professional communication with clients is essential.
  • Proficiency in leak investigations and roofing repairs on various commercial roof types, including:
    • TPO
    • PVC
    • Asphalt BUR/Gravel
    • EPDM
    • Cold Process
    • Fluid Applied
    • Etc.
  • Bilingualism is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Data Forma, and Edge platforms is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required.
