Lending Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lending Specialist to join our team at Intrepid Credit Union. As a Lending Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing loan applications, and promoting credit union products and services.

• Process loan applications, including gathering financial information and conducting credit checks
• Provide exceptional member service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Promote credit union products and services to members, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of member services
• Stay up-to-date on credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consumer lending or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of credit union products and services
• Notary public certification

• A competitive salary range of $18.50 - $29.13/hour
