Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Enterprise Product Designer to join our team at TikTok. This role will involve designing complex workflows, creating seamless user experiences, and driving the design process from research to delivery.

About the Role:

  • This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in lead product design settings, with a background in enterprise or B2B platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to handle ambiguity and drive the design process independently.
  • Experience in designing payment and transaction products for both consumer-facing and enterprise applications on mobile and desktop is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate cohesive design visions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and strategies.
  • Create detailed, high-fidelity UI and UX specifications to effectively communicate design requirements to engineers and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, sharing expertise and guiding them in best practices.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design systems, ensuring consistency across the platform.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lead product design settings, with background in enterprise or B2B platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with ability to develop and communicate cohesive design visions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and independently drive the design process from research to delivery.
  • Experience in designing complex workflows with multiple scenarios and edge cases.
  • Passion for enterprise product design and solving complex problems in dynamic environments.
  • Proven experience mentoring or leading design teams while remaining hands-on.
