Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as full-time house cleaners. As a house cleaner with The Cleaning Authority, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality cleaning services to residential clients
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work
  • Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
  • Driver's license preferred
Benefits:
  • Average weekly starting wage: $400 - $500
  • Pay will increase based on performance
  • $1.00 per hour bonus available after training is completed
  • Increase in hourly rate to $11.50 after graduation to Certified Professional Housekeeper
