We are committed to providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals facing mental health, substance abuse, developmental disabilities, or co-occurring disorders.

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments to determine the appropriate level of care for clients. You will collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans and provide individual and group counseling sessions. Your expertise in crisis intervention and knowledge of community resources will be invaluable in supporting our clients' well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in challenging situations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Stay informed about current trends and best practices in the field of behavioral health.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensed as required by state regulations.
  • Experience working with adults experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse challenges.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
