Job Title: Office Manager

The Office Manager is a key role at Kang Haggerty, a business litigation firm with over 25 employees. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, including staff management, facilities management, financial planning, and IT management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise the tasks and deliverables for the administrative assistant, ensure expectations are met, and provide feedback and guidance to address any issues.
  • Facilities Management: Manage and address building issues, security, and safety, and train employees in emergency procedures.
