  • Present and explain fees, including processing payments, with transparency and professionalism.
  • Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions, to meet clients' needs.
  • Answer questions regarding products and services, educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
  • Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure hospital maintenance, including removal of animal waste, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
