Job Summary:
Sunbelt Staffing is recruiting a Registered Echo Sonographer to perform and report on various echocardiographic studies with a schedule of day shifts and rotating weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and report on echocardiographic studies, including Stress Echo, Dobutamine Stress Echo, 2D Echo, and Transesophageal Echo.
- Utilize ultrasound systems such as the Vivid 9 and Vivid 7's, with reporting done on EchoPacs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in recognizing disease states and writing complete preliminary reports.
- Manage on-call responsibilities effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience Required: Proficiency in performing and interpreting echocardiographic studies.
- Certifications: Registered Echo Sonographer.
- Credentialing Requirements: Flu shot, smoke-free, required documentation provided in the week prior to start.
- Ultrasound Systems: Experience with Vivid 9 and Vivid 7's; familiarity with EchoPacs for reporting.
