As a Co-Op, you will assist the Environmental Health and Safety team in ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations at one of our manufacturing plants in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
  • Assist in the development of corrective action plans and track the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support the monitoring and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, including hazardous waste management, air emissions, and wastewater.
  • Participate in various EHS projects, including risk assessments, ergonomics studies, and emergency response planning.
  • Provide general administrative support to the EHS team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of EHS principles and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
