Server Position

Elderwood Assisted Living at Hamburg is seeking a skilled and friendly Server to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our dining experience.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for residents and their families.
• Provide table service and assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
• Promote a collaborative and team-focused environment, and demonstrate a commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Minimum of 16 years of age and possession of a valid employment certificate or permit.
• Prior customer service experience and ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, and prior food service, hospitality, or serving experience desired.
