We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team at Crystal Springs Services. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Food & Beverage service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Offer menu recommendations and provide information on food and drink products, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Stock and maintain inventory levels in designated work stations.
  • Ensure compliance with all liquor and health department laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and mature demeanor, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Previous food service and POS experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic cleanliness and sanitation practices.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
