**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Implement evidence-based practices and interventions to promote patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**
- Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records.
