Key Responsibilities:

The Restaurant Floor Manager will typically be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting with staff scheduling, daily workforce management, payroll processing, and inventory control, including beverage stock orders.
  • Ensuring the dining area is maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
  • Addressing any guest complaints or issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Collaborating closely with culinary and other departments to effectively plan and execute banquet events and restaurant operations.
  • Maintaining vigilance regarding accident prevention, safety protocols, and fire safety measures.
  • Preparing reports accurately and punctually to enhance management decision-making and evaluate workplace activities.
  • Exploring innovative methods, techniques, equipment, and materials to boost the overall efficiency and quality of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

This role may be a great fit for you if:

  • You are at least 18 years old and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • You have obtained a high school diploma or GED, along with six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office products, such as Word and Excel, is advantageous.
