Family Health Center Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team at the City of Louisville, KY Family Health Centers. As an APN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Multiple locations within the City of Louisville, KY
  • Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients of all ages
  • Conduct health assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
  • Patient education and health promotion
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky
  • Certification in APRN specialty
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
