Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Services Mitigation Field Supervisor to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Greater MSP and the Northland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the mitigation process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise field staff to ensure daily goals are met and projects are completed on time.
  • Write scopes and Xactimate estimates for bio, board-up, corrosion mitigation, odor, and water damage restoration projects.
  • Manage labor and material budgets, planning job sites to meet budget requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, estimators, and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Complete TPA/insurance company guidelines and documentation, and obtain certification of completion.
  • Perform quality assurance walks and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Train and coach technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities, and contribute to the collection process of payment from customers.
  • Participate in emergency services when required, and engage in on-going problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Xactimate and RMS software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday. However, you may be required to contribute to the on-call rotation for holidays, weekdays, and weekends.
