Patient Support Associate

The Patient Support Associate will provide direct patient care and support services under the supervision of a registered nurse. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a nursing assistant or patient care technician program. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living;
- Collect data related to patient status and document findings;
- Perform basic nursing procedures and assist with treatments and procedures;
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions;
