Job Overview

Charter Tech Services is seeking a skilled Technology Administrator to join our team. As a Technology Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.

You will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and provide training on new systems and technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing IT firm that services private sector and public sector clients. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, excellent communication skills, and experience in a helpdesk role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client IT infrastructure, including hardware and software
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, implementing solutions as needed
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clients on new systems and technologies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective IT operations and minimize downtime

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, excellent communication skills, and experience in a helpdesk role. A background check will be required.
