About the RoleTowill, Inc., a leading geomatics services firm in the United States, seeks a highly skilled Network Systems Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our IT Department, you will be responsible for installing, implementing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software according to department standards and procedures. This role requires a strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and technologies, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Windows desktop administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, implement, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software according to department standards and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve issues and concerns related to Windows desktop and Windows Server hardware and software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering courteous and informative responses to end-user requests.
  • Continuously investigate and secure resources and support to address technically challenging issues faced by end-users.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and technologies, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Active Directory.
  • Proficient in Windows desktop administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to tackle complex technology assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of an organization.
