Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide direct speech therapy services as prescribed by a physician, ensuring adherence to the established Plan of Care.
- Maintain compliance with agency policies, state and federal regulations, and professional standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Document all care and services provided accurately and promptly, in line with agency standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to review and update patient care plans as necessary.
- Contribute to the agency's operational goals by performing duties efficiently and effectively.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Education: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current state license are required.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred, ideally in an acute care or rehabilitation environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Candidates should be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
