About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Chillicothe Kenworth, Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality sheet metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions and inspection files
* Provide analytical support to process owners to improve product and process quality

Requirements:

* B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* 1-3 years of experience in machining, fabrication, assembly, and/or manufacturing at an OEM or Tier One supplier
* Understanding of APQP and other quality management tools
* Ability to read, understand, and interpret GD&T, engineering drawings, and specifications
