Job Summary:
This position reports to the Office of Information Technology Service Delivery, under the Telecommunications Manager.
The Telecom Specialist 3 will provide technical support in various areas, including audio video conference management using Webex, endpoint support, and telecommunications experience with switches, routers, Centrex systems, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP). Additionally, the role requires iOS experience and cellular network operations utilizing Workspace One/AirWatch.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong professional relationships with customers, and maintain a high level of productivity. WebEx Hub Professional training and certifications are required within 60 days of the start date. The role involves travel to agency locations for technical support, equipment installs, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for audio video conference management using Webex
- Assist users with endpoint support and basic to complex audio video support
- Manage telecommunications experience with switches, routers, Centrex systems, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP)
- Utilize iOS experience and cellular network operations with Workspace One/AirWatch
