Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse or Paramedic to join our Cardiology team at Mercy Clinic Rogers Ave. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a Cardiology clinic setting, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct ECG interpretations and provide education to patients and families.
  • Participate in outreach clinics and provide care to patients in various settings.
  • Display a positive attitude and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma and RN degree.
  • Licensure: RN licensure in the state of Arkansas.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with preferred experience in Cardiology or a related field.
  • Certifications: CPR, ACLS, and EHR experience preferred.
