Student Financial Support Advisor
Are you passionate about guiding individuals towards their educational aspirations? Nurtur Aveda Institutes is looking for a Student Financial Support Advisor to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will collaborate with students to develop financial strategies that facilitate their academic pursuits.
Role Overview:
- Assist prospective students throughout the financial assistance journey
- Ensure a smooth enrollment process
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized guidance to students regarding financial assistance options
- Support students in fulfilling financial aid prerequisites
- Maintain expertise in financial aid programs and resources
- Assist colleagues with FAFSA submissions
- Stay informed on financial aid policies and industry developments
- Engage in team discussions and collaborative sessions
- Keep precise records in CRM systems
- Work closely with Admissions and Financial Aid Teams
- Address student inquiries and challenges with professionalism
- Achieve performance objectives
- Communicate effectively with management
- Carry out assigned tasks to meet organizational needs
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
- Previous experience in Financial Aid, Collections, or Sales
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Strong communication abilities
- Exhibit professionalism and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous.
Travel Considerations:
Occasional local and out-of-state travel may be required.
