Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Home Health professional to join our team.

Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and families

Requirements:

  • IL License
  • 1 year home care experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years MS or acute care experience
  • Ortho experience
  • OASIS Doc Experience
  • BCLS
  • Phlebotomy Cert

Additional Details:

  • Special Requirements: clinical nursing, PT, OT in home
  • Point Of Care visits: wound care, wound vac, IV therapy (antibiotics, TPN), post ortho/joint, incision assessment follow up, post surgical assessment/complications, post stroke, pneumonia; patient education meds, wound care; trach care, teaching; GTubes feedings, teaching; ADLs assessment, OASIS Doc Exp. wound vac, glucometer, pro-time machine PT/INR, IV pumps, central lines / ports, **need ortho experience, Customer Service and excellence
  • Territory/County covering: Territory mileage radius: 40-80 miles.
  • Ratios: 5-20 visits/day average

Epic Travel FKA Emerald Staffing Group, Nursing Job ID # Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
