About the Position: The University of Vermont Health Network seeks a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Resource Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care on a variety of inpatient units, including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child.

We are looking for an experienced nurse who can think critically, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and communicate effectively with patients and families. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional care to our patients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be challenged to use your skills and knowledge to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of direct experience as a Registered Nurse. We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated range of $76,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous base salary, we also offer a resource department differential of $7.00/hour, as well as external candidates eligibility for a one-time signing bonus of up to $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles).

Work Schedule: This position involves working a combination of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, including overnight and weekend hours. On-call responsibilities are not required.
