Job Title: Principal Scientist, Chemical Development

Immunome, Inc. is seeking an experienced Principal Scientist to join our dynamic team in Bothell, Washington. As a key member of our chemical development team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our pipeline of innovative targeted cancer therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to external partners working on antibody drug conjugates, radiopharmaceuticals, and other lead programs.
  • Develop and execute robust and scalable small molecule synthetic processes, leveraging knowledge and experience in process development and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with research, regulatory affairs, and CMC teams to ensure seamless coordination of activities and execute integrated CMC regulatory strategies for pipeline programs.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in synthetic methodology and new technologies to enhance our capabilities and advance Immunome's intellectual property portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of industry experience leading small molecule, antibody drug conjugates, and radiopharmaceuticals programs.
  • Experience as a technical lead overseeing tech transfer, process development, and implementation of processes for manufacture at internal and/or external manufacturers.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $157,000 - $177,000.
