Tax Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Associate to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional tax services to our clients, ensuring their tax needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients, utilizing virtual tools and face-to-face interactions to gather necessary information.
• Prepare and review complete and accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
• Identify opportunities to generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide exceptional client support, addressing their tax-related inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve office priorities and support the overall success of the team.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
• Comfort working with virtual tools, including video, phone, and chat platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and accounting principles.
