Role Responsibilities
As a Floor Care Specialist, you will be assigned a daily service route with 3-5 tasks to complete. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Operating cleaning equipment and driving company vehicles.
- Completing end-of-day and job-related paperwork.

Beyond carpet cleaning, you will receive training on how to expertly clean rugs, natural stone, tile, upholstery, glass, and hardwood surfaces. Our service areas include various counties, and an average workday consists of 5 appointments based on location and size.

Work Schedule
We offer flexible 4-day work weeks and accommodate school schedules. Typical shifts are 10 hours long, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

This entry-level position provides numerous opportunities for advancement within the company. Each employee undergoes 3 weeks of paid training at $16 per hour, with a pay increase to $18 per hour upon completion. Additional earning potential through bonuses, commissions, and tips can lead to an average hourly rate of $25.

Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
- Clean driving record is required.
- Ability to lift 65 pounds unassisted.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
