About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Pulmonary and Critical Care Specialist to join our team at HCA Mountain Division. As a Critical Care Pulmonologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our intensive care unit and pulmonary department.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit
- Diagnose and treat patients with pulmonary diseases, including pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and lung cancer
- Perform procedures such as bronchoscopy and thoracentesis
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital efficiency
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonology and Critical Care
- Eligibility for licensure in Utah
- Outpatient pulmonology and intensivist experience preferred
- Sleep medicine experience a plus
