Job Description

This Program Supervisor role is a critical part of our team, responsible for overseeing the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participating in various administrative duties. As a supervisor, you will be working closely with caregivers and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation of ISPs and participate in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
  • Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Duties are split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year related work experience.
  • To be at least 18 years old.
  • A current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Other licensure or certification may be required depending on regulatory authority.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to establish rapport with team members and individuals served.
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
