Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality control.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production goals, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that all products are properly stored, handled, and shipped.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate with upstream and downstream departments to ensure seamless production and shipping processes.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet company standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, industrial manufacturing, or business management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and develop a team, experience with inventory management and logistics, and knowledge of quality control procedures.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with conversational Spanish a plus.
