- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring residents maintain their independence and dignity.
- Monitor vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure, to ensure residents' health and safety.
- Maintain a safe environment, implementing fall-risk precautions and ensuring residents' physical and emotional needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with the care team, ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration and resident care.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State.
- Completion of 12 hours of in-service education, meeting State and federal requirements.
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English.
- Recent education or clinical hours required.
- Age 18 or older.
- Pass a criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
- Competitive hourly rate of $25.53.
- Shift differential of $2.50 for weekend shifts.
