Part-time Trash Collector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Part-time Trash Collector to join our team at Valet Living. As an Apartment Service Valet, you will be responsible for transporting trash bags collected from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor at the apartment community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport trash bags to the onsite trash compactor
- Take required photos using our company's App during service
- Work in a team environment to ensure efficient service delivery
Work Schedule:
- Typically scheduled Sunday through Thursday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Shifts are 2-3 hours long, with some positions potentially having earlier start/end times
- This is a part-time position offering 10-15+ hours per week
Benefits:
- Hourly pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
- Associates with a pickup truck or vehicle using a trailer will receive the higher end of our pay range

Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Capable of adapting to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to walk the distance of property, and be exposed to disagreeable odors
- Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app
Preferred Qualifications:
- A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name (or listed as a driver on policy) for your vehicle
