We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our DaVita team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure and a minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis or a related field.
- Associate's degree in nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) degree.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
