Job Title: Registered Nurse Leader

At Equiliem, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Leader to join our team. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse Leader will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. You will work closely with our Center Nurse Executive to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, and will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided by our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, in collaboration with our Center Nurse Executive.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by our nursing team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to patient confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
