As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Corporate Warehouse operations. We seek an organized and results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. This seasonal role offers full-time hours during peak times, allowing for a break during the off-season.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill requests for holiday and souvenir locations.
- Assist in preparing shipments for distribution based on specific customer needs.
- Adhere to company standards for safety, efficiency, and departmental objectives.
- Transport inventory items to designated locations within a specified radius.
- Support the receiving process for incoming shipments and inventory.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Positive demeanor and strong commitment to work.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work during peak retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to adapt to varying warehouse conditions.
Experience & Skills Required
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Forklift certification is a plus; training will be provided for those without certification.
