Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team. As a Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our acute dialysis program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and responding to emergencies.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our acute dialysis program, including quality improvement initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Current and valid Oklahoma Registered Nursing license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Experience in the ICU or ER is helpful, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to work at different hospitals as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Background and drug screening required.
