Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
    • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Operations and Management
    • Ensure accurate projections and scheduling using AES Systems.
    • Implement restaurant controls, including cash and inventory management.
    • Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results.
  • Customer Service and Guest Satisfaction
    • Ensure that guests receive outstanding service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including profit and loss, to achieve business objectives.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other expenses.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8-10 hours.
