Job Summary

The Logistics Inventory Assistant Manager is a key role within Hyundai Mobis, responsible for overseeing inventory levels, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and ensuring the efficient management of inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Communicate with HQ members to report inventory levels, quantities, and values, maintain inventory accuracy on the system with physical counts, plan and perform entire company's inventory count, execute inventory analysis on a regular basis, and perform daily cycle-count to ensure proper inventory levels for daily production requirements.
  • Inventory Analysis: Analyze inventory levels to find critical stock levels and communicate with purchasing groups, prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, inventory adjustments, and block.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes
  • Qualifications: Seven (5) to Ten (7) years of experience in Just in Sequence Logistics field in Automotive industry, Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience, Bachelors degree in industrial system engineering or mechanical engineering.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive Problem-Solving Skills: Across the logistics
  • Software Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • System Knowledge: SAP desired (MM)
Working Conditions
  • Position hours: 6:30am to 3:00pm
  • Overtime as needed
