Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to Integer's values, safety protocols, and quality policies.
  2. Prepare necessary equipment for assembly and inspection according to Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI's) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI's).
  3. Understand individual tasks and their relevance to team objectives, working under close supervision with clearly defined duties.
  4. Assemble component parts according to specifications, utilizing both manual and automated machinery.
  5. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications, reporting any quality issues.
  6. Complete required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  7. Package assemblies for shipment as needed.
  8. Engage in team initiatives aimed at process and product enhancement, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
  9. Broaden skill set through on-the-job training, cross-training, and classroom learning.
  10. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to established procedures and regulations.
  11. Participate actively in designated break programs as required.
  12. Perform additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience.

Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions. Must be able to identify obvious defects in workmanship.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with blueprints, microscopes, and measuring instruments is advantageous. Previous experience in light assembly within a regulated industry, particularly with medical devices, is preferred.

Other Requirements: Willingness to learn assembly operations; work will be closely supervised.
