Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to patients, including answering phones, filing, and documenting shift notes.
  • Conduct facilities checks and rounds to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist with admissions and new patient orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into our program.
  • Respond to behavioral and crisis situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Knowledge or experience working with clients who are chemically dependent preferred
  • Certifications - RADT_i, or EMT preferred
  • Licenses - Current Driver's License
  • Special Requirements - Knowledge of 12 Step Recovery

Shift and Hours

This is a PRN, Patient Care Technician position with 8-hour shifts and overtime eligibility.
