About the Role

This Senior Corporate Finance Manager position will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and driving financial activities pertaining to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis of the Income Statement and Working Capital for Regal Rexnord Corporation.
  • Weekly monitoring of Orders, Sales, Profit, Working Capital, and Cash against targets.
  • Examine, analyze, and interpret financial data to determine trends and gaps within the results.
  • Consolidate and roll up monthly forecasts for the 3 operating segments and Corporate.
  • Publish Monthly Financial Reporting Scorecard.
  • Support prep for the quarterly Earnings Releases and Board of Director meetings.
  • Participate in the annual 3-year strategic planning and annual operating planning (AOP) processes, including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modeling, consolidation, analysis, and presentation preparation.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to assist in management decisions.
  • Drive process improvements in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and managerial reporting.
  • Coach and develop a Senior Financial Analyst.
  • Build successful partnerships with Corporate Finance and Segment FP&A leaders.
  • Perform other related duties and involvement in special projects when required.
  • Attend training, seminars, and workshops as deemed necessary.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • 7-10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; manufacturing experience and previous FP&A experience is a plus.
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • Advance experience with Hyperion and/or OneStream.
  • Self-starter, strong desire to get results, and willingness to learn.
  • Able to multi-task while being detail-oriented.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills.
  • Must be a team player and willing to step in and help out on projects when necessary.
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
