About the Role
This Senior Corporate Finance Manager position will be responsible for:
- Supporting and driving financial activities pertaining to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis of the Income Statement and Working Capital for Regal Rexnord Corporation.
- Weekly monitoring of Orders, Sales, Profit, Working Capital, and Cash against targets.
- Examine, analyze, and interpret financial data to determine trends and gaps within the results.
- Consolidate and roll up monthly forecasts for the 3 operating segments and Corporate.
- Publish Monthly Financial Reporting Scorecard.
- Support prep for the quarterly Earnings Releases and Board of Director meetings.
- Participate in the annual 3-year strategic planning and annual operating planning (AOP) processes, including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modeling, consolidation, analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to assist in management decisions.
- Drive process improvements in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and managerial reporting.
- Coach and develop a Senior Financial Analyst.
- Build successful partnerships with Corporate Finance and Segment FP&A leaders.
- Perform other related duties and involvement in special projects when required.
- Attend training, seminars, and workshops as deemed necessary.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- 7-10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; manufacturing experience and previous FP&A experience is a plus.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Advance experience with Hyperion and/or OneStream.
- Self-starter, strong desire to get results, and willingness to learn.
- Able to multi-task while being detail-oriented.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills.
- Must be a team player and willing to step in and help out on projects when necessary.
- Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
