  • Execute the make-ready process for vacant units efficiently.
  • Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance services as scheduled.

Key Duties:

  • Respond effectively to resident service requests and work orders, aiming to resolve issues within 24 hours when feasible.
  • Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are performed accurately and within the established timeline.
  • Maintain vigilance regarding the physical state of the property and promptly rectify any unsafe conditions.
  • Keep the property clean and visually appealing.
  • Maintain precise records related to preventative maintenance, service requests (both received and completed), apartment readiness status, and ongoing work.
  • Possess knowledge of inventory levels for spare parts and supplies, alerting the supervisor of any shortages with details.
  • Capable of operating a plow truck for snow removal.
  • Carry a cell phone as required for on-call maintenance duties.
  • Maintain the grounds, which may involve litter collection, lawn care, landscaping, snow clearing, and upkeep of recreational areas.


Required Skills:

  • Experience in electrical systems
  • Proficiency in plumbing
  • Drywall repair skills
  • Boiler experience is preferred

Applicant Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Have basic tools necessary for daily operations


Compensation: $18-$20 per hour
